I am betting on Wealth Taxes. Specifically, aggressive tweaks to Property Tax Annual Values (AV) that will hit the bottom line of every major landlord. The market is pricing in a “Goldilocks” soft landing. It is not pricing in a policy shock that eats directly into Net Property Income (NPI).
